My love of food is equal to (if not beyond) my love of music - I wouldn’t survive without either. Born 1983 in a wonderfully diverse and multicultural Hackney, I fell in love with food in the same way and at the same time I did music, both at home and in the houses of my friends and their families where I was introduced to food and music from all around the world. Culture is as much a time of day as it is a type of food.
